Decent pay-less opportunities for outsiders

1-Lack of vision from the top management. 2-Favouritism is at its peak-Low potential employees are given opportunities and power-Doesn’t matter if they have managed to achieve their targets or not!! 3-This is the first company where the higher authorities do not use their brain and only listens to its fav children's and take impulse decision's

Empresa que não exigia experiência bastava força de vontade. E claro os que já tinham experiência decolavam

Não há contras, pois o gestor o gerente sempre foi um ótimo gestor com seus ensinamentos e profissionalismo.

me trouxe experiência, aprendi a exercer gestão de pessoal, foi minha primeira experiência como gestor, me sinto grata a empresa, mesmo não tendo grandes benefícios

não tem pontos negativos, somente a tive aprendizado nessa empresa, hoje não pretendo, pois estou procurando algo que me acrescente mais experiência profissional, mas se precisar voltaria para empresa.
