Pluspunten

Didn't find anything good for Developer, Good for not technical & non IT people. By chance you are into development & not interested in development you can try for creditPointe.

Minpunten

1. Bunch of Fools 2. No Work life! You may have to work 24*7 if you are good technical person 3. Poor hierarchy 4. You can learn being a fool higher is the growth 5. As like typical mechanical company you need to work less & concentrate showing more to your MR. 6. Your mind/thinking slowly slowly will get changed into poor mentality

Hikes are good (10-15%).. For average rating, you will get 12% Company is more inclined towards BAs...they will get awards at annual meeting (25k cash) Free snacks in evening Flexible timings Java work is on Spring MVC and hibernate.. So good for java guys as you will be working on latest technology

Minpunten

Work load is too much.. you have to work on late nights and weekends (you will get compoff)..work load obviously depends on project but then also for new development projects, you have to work this way only and no night-shift allowance will be given.. just you can claim dinner (Rs 150 per person) Zero onsite for developers no single day, you will be sitting idle.... No work-life balance You will not get designations on paper. You can try anything to become TechLead but you will not get that designation on paper.

If you are workaholic. You don't have any other job option. If you are a fresher and don not have any other option. You do not give importance to your personal life.

Minpunten

They do not give any time for personal life. No Weekends / No Festivals . They expect 12 hours work daily. Most of the days overtime. Overtime is a work culture there.
