I've been working in IT for over 10 years and I can honestly say that Criterion is the best company I've worked for by a very large margin. Honestly the only con I can think of is that, even though management at the top prioritizes and pushes a great culture that focuses on taking care of employees, at the end of the day its up to each manager at every level to implement it. While my team's management is fantastic, I have heard of a couple managers on other teams being harder to work for, However, I think that is rare at this company whereas it was standard at other IT companies I've worked at in the past.
