Working at the company was, unfortunately, one of the worst professional experiences I have ever had, despite managing a group of excellent, highly competent, and dedicated professionals. The company tries to project an image of a positive culture, strong values, and focus on employee well-being, but the reality was very different from what was presented. From the beginning, I felt a strong desire to transform processes and create real value. But any attempt at change or improvement was viewed negatively. In the role I held (Head of Interactions), I quickly realized that my position was essentially useless: pretending to be busy and staging value delivery, without actually contributing to the technical work that truly makes a difference. The department was stagnant, with no new ideas, and management seemed little interested in making a real impact. Any notion of transparency or respect for the professionals delivering work every day appeared to be merely an illusion. In the end, the company has enormous potential and impressive talent but suffers from growing pains and strategic decisions that do not keep pace with the evolution of the industry. The result is a frustrating environment, where those who genuinely want to make a difference encounter obstacles, and innovation and motivation are often compromised.
