Firstly I would like to say thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and improve where necessary. I hate to hear that there is not one moment or benefit that is a pro to you besides a paycheck. We do try to support our team to the best of our ability and update benefits from the feedback of our employees. I feel very strongly that I only want people on the team that wants to build a stronger company. If the environment is this toxic to you and you're unhappy please report your grievances to your supervisor or HR so we may address these concerns and if you still feel this way I can offer you a bonus to help you transition to another job that might make you happy. I would like to address some of your concerns favoritism is suppressed hard in our company I believe in the value of individual and how they can help out the team. Culture of bullying please voice these matters to HR or your manager so that we can deal with them. We have a job to do and I do not want my team members in an environment that they have to worry about that. Micromanagement I do not believe it is good to hire smart people and then tell them what to do. We have metrics and KPIs that we look at and review as a team to see we are on track. No accountability for upper management seems like you do not know my scope of work. I get to work around 4-5 am every morning and proceed to work 10-12 hour days. I believe in earning every day and I don't think we could have built the company that we have today without some sort of accountability. Thank you again for the review and wish you all the best.
