I had been wanting to leave a review for some time now, but it wasn't until I was made aware of the most recent review that I thought I'd share my experience at Croft. There is definitely something to what a previous review stated about the women hired in the office. I had only been there a short while before I noticed how one female member of the staff got preferential treatment. After some time had passed, I got the courage to ask someone else if they noticed this too. They did. There are other things I noticed as well. It didn't matter how well you did your job, if you didn't do it the way they liked you would become a target and get talked down to. They change their minds so often that it makes your job so much more difficult. Croft is not a pleasant place to work. It got so bad that I would dread coming to work. In the short time I was there I saw some very good people come and go. That is not how you achieve long term success.
