Having spent almost 5 years in the company, I have come to say that this is the worst company I have worked for in 10 years. They were good only till 2018. Since then, they have been facing a lot of legal charges of harrasment from employees. Don't give salaries in time for almost 2 months. Company is known for firing people and exploiting employees by sending them legal notice. Once you take an exit, they don't release your fnf and ask you to sign an agreement where you can't work for any similar company for next 2 years. There is no work culture and management is never involved. They are facing lot of legal charges from clients too. Don't join them at all. Before you join, please ask any employee separately what they recommend. They are big thugs in the Industry.
