This is an offshore company which mean that they just sell you effort to another Daish company therefore : - Managers does not have any idea about software development, they just hunting heads to gain money. - They are working with startups for a short period of time, so at any time they may terminate your employment contract "Forget the word stability" - There's no or very little salary raises - The management team are a group of cheater so don't trust them.
