Pluspunten
The people you'll work with want you to succeed. As a staff, there is more that I don't know than that I do and the second year staff's + always drop everything they are working on to help me understand. Everyone that I've interacted with from receptionist to managers has treated me with respect and more so as friends. This company doesn't have a cut through attitude - there are happy hours all of the time and chances for people to become friends. Also, pay is fair and they have good benefits.
Minpunten
Not everyone gets placed into a specialized group or with peers/coaches that are helpful and interactive. While I got an awesome peer and coach, there are a few within my class that got the rough end of the draw. Crowe needs to be me more thorough when picking coaches and peers with whom the new hires interact.
