Pluspunten
Reasons I love Crowe: 1) People come first. I have never worked at a place that has been so understanding of life. Whether it be the birth of a new child or the passing of my father in law, Crowe was there for support, time off, and any other needs. You are part of a real family at Crowe. 2) Mobility. Crowe trusts its people to be smart about where they work. This flexibility has allowed me to work from home frequently, which enables me to better balance work and home. 3) Opportunity. Crowe reminds me of Goldilocks' experience ... not too hot, not too cold ... just right. And what I mean by that is that Crowe will empower you to have the kind of experience you are looking for. For me, I want opportunity. I want the chance to develop and progress. And Crowe has given me every opportunity I have asked for.
Minpunten
Here are a couple "negatives" (albeit, relatively minor): 1) I used to work at a Big 4, and the technology at Crowe (laptops, etc.) is a bit behind the curve of my former Big 4 employer. That's not to say we live in the stone age. But, my former employer had the "top of the line", so I've had to adjust to that. 2) Processes. Similar to my other comment, Crowe has not matured as much as a Big 4 firm with respect to processes ... e.g., expense management, consultation databases, etc. We are heading there, and it's nice to be able to help steer; but, we are a little "younger" than the Big 4 are in that regard.
