You really get to know fellow coworkers well, and feel connected doing ministry together. You also get to witness firsthand what God is doing. Cru also provides good support and flexibility for needs - whether it be mental health considerations, having children, or needing help on the job. There is also great training provided for the role.

Support raising can be challenging, even with support and training. National seems to be a little disconnected from campus teams at times.
