Staff are friendly, the CEO always has time to talk to people which is not seen in many companies. Events are always fun and CLS do a lot of charity work which is good was amazing to get involved with the comic relief and sports relief nights. Management can be OK if you catch them in the right mood

Minpunten

The management spend most of there time outside smoking, and when you do have an issue to raise it gets swept under the carpet. There are only chances of promotion if you are in a senior position or already part of the management team, feels very like they look after the management but not the people that actually do the day to day role. No sick pay for even the people that have good attendance record.

ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

Minpunten

Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
