They focus more on how to look good in front of the client, than on the employees' motivation; poor management; bad payment; they don't have any benefits (not even a minima medical subscription).

The pro of this company is that you get a chance to try out different technologies for which they either let you learn on your own or participate in some kind of training

Minpunten

Projects would constantly shift and developers would have to switch or leave. You are pushed into doing more work than you expected for your role by management and expected to give your all for a bellow market salary. Benefits as a full-time employee are just what they legally have to give you.
