Company pays about 80% of employee benefits. Employees are smart and forward thinking. Salary is competitive and corporate employees receive an annual bonus.

Minpunten

Although the company is growing, upward mobility is limited. Vacation is minimal (2 weeks) and there is a 6 month waiting period before being able to use your vacation/sick time.

We understand that new teammates and tenured teammates alike can have the need for time off, therefore, we allow up to 40 hours of vacation/sick time to go into arrears no matter how long you have been with us. We are also happy to share that there is a comprehensive new Talent Strategy in the works which includes career paths and development plans to help promote upward mobility throughout the Company. Travel distance between scheduled stores may be far (1 day, Voorhees, 2 days Williamstown, 2 days Rio Grande) Constant Rental Increases (upset customers) You get Sundays off and a random day during week (you won’t get Monday or Saturday) Very short leash

Minpunten

The turn over is crazy I had 5 bosses in 6 years and changed districts more than I can count. The bosses all have there own way of doing things but then lie and hide behind it’s not my way it’s cubesmart way. No help from corporate. The turn over for dms alone is a red flag. Backwords systems. Same meetings every week to waste your time. Will fight you on fixing property issues. Have to explain to multiple different managers. Have your good coworkers overworked while letting toxic people and environments thrive.
