Unfair PF policy - Employee's contribution is 2.5% and employer's is 5% 5. Low Annual Increments - Except a few cases usually under 12% 6. Micromanagment - HR is always busy in checking who is doing what and ignoring their primary duties. 7. No learning activities or training sessions.
