The most scope you will ever have to change a company. There is a promotion culture. Genuinely flexible place to work, some have remote contracts even in the UK. New C-suite talent means the CEO can do his job, and let the CPO, COO, CTO and CMO to get on with their roles. Quarterly Business Reviews and Change Management are becoming the norm. Plans are being put into place and defended. Still have training days if only people would take them.

Minpunten

You are expected to be a professional, at a start-up. "Start-up" means chaos, lack of procedure, lack of communications. You must try to make it better. You must keep yourself healthy, guarding against burnout. "Professional" means that there are problems. Don't just complain, come up with suggestions on how we can fix things. It's a business. All suggestions must make sense from a business standpoint. You must think for yourself.

Thank you for the feedback! Agree completely with your comment that all of us have a responsibility to make any workplace better and work for us as individuals and teams. People who are solution-oriented, seek opportunities, take ownership, and deliver tend to thrive at Curve. Likewise, as an organisation we have to continually improve our planning, focus and enable our team members. It is a work-in-progress and we can always be better.
