Take with you not just work experience when you leave but also life skills. Learn to broaden your perspective and dip your toes into other streams, like visual design, development, AI, ergonomics etc. ( based on your interest) Have access to amazing books for reference. Practically a library for design related books!!

Current office location is not ideal, but they are looking to change the location in the future. Work hours can be quite large and you may have to leave the office late.

The only challenges faced in the company is equipment and space. But it's a startup and in the future they are planning to scale up.
