I've met some great coworkers here. I have also learned how NOT to be treated and how to have thick skin.
Minpunten
Management is the worst management I've ever experienced. After working there for a short time, it because wildly obvious that management doesn't manage at all. They do personal projects/tasks at work while expecting everyone else to be flawless. They do not have an open door policy nor do they help anyone or give guidance when needed. All blame goes to the employees when something goes astray, even when guidance was given or asked for. The environment is so depressing and sad and really wears on you. Management IS the issue AND the HR, putting all employees in a spot of having no say. Management has no problems dragging your name through the mud in front of other employees and discussing you and your flaws to anyone willing to listen. Bullying is real here. If you are reading this and are considering working here, do yourself a favor and don't. Or at least take the time to ask a current employee how happy they are. You will quickly find out that people work here to fill up their 9-5 day to support their family. They don't work here because they are treated well and their job fulfills their life. The five star review here was clearly done by someone new OR by management themselves, especially since management does marketing now.
