      Lack of onboarding structure and formal training upon hire Manager is incredibly mentally unstable - did not provide a proper organized training roadmap to learn and use complex systems like ERP system to build complex quotations Unrealistic turnaround expectations within two - three days of hiring to deliver quotations to all kinds of inquiries nationwide - without providing proper training and guidance of best practices Using lame termination justifying statements "too slow" despite all tasks were being submitted and worked on as per schedule.
