Minpunten
1. Managers are promoted by how well they are liked, not by any amount of skill, training or education they have. 2. Strict guidelines for taking lunch, monitoring breaks, when you arrive and leave. 3. It's almost impossible to get a day off on a Monday or Friday if you are on a certain team, and forget about weekends if you are unlucky enough to work either a Saturday or Sunday shift. 4. There are themes for each busy period (Spring and Fall) that managers waste time on trying to make things "fun" but in reality, it detracts from being able to work and is not fun. 5. We need to reach productivity goals each month and the pressure to do so for some stresses people out. 6. Calls and emails are monitored and you are graded on them each month, which is tied to your pay. 7. Everything is monitored, from personal messages, to chats to emails and even things you say around the office. Big Brother is watching. 8. If you transfer to a newer location, more likely that less qualified people will get management positions with far less experience than those who have already worked at CI for years. Morale is low.
