Pluspunten

Management was willing to take the time to acknowledge good work. Benefits were pretty good, and salary reasonable. Some flexibility in work schedules

Minpunten

Not a lot of room for advancement. Staffing levels were low considering the amount of work to accomplish and therefore hard to satisfy clients.

Company was purchased by SumTotal. SumTotal is terrible. Everyone who originally worked at Cybershift and transferred to SumTotal are now absolutely miserable.

It was close to my home. I became close to some of my coworkers. There were many dining options in the area. I spent a lot of time alone with my clients.

Minpunten

The product had a lot of issues and very little support. Escalations for bad product features were swept under the rug and empty promises were made. The place was somewhat shady. Business numbers were frequently inflated. Many of the former staff went straight to SumTotal, others to Ceridian.
