- Upper management is extremely toxic and if you are not part of a clique then you are a number. - HR care more about the business than the general wellbeing of the staff. - Operations managers care more about making money than the wellbeing of the staff. - Claim safety is their number 1 priority however when flagging dangerous situations colleagues were put in, these were waved aside. - Offer monetary bonuses based on workload completed, encouraging staff to go beyond their limits every day on the job. - Overtime is always available however you will get less than 24hr notice of this and won't get time your time back ever. Even will guilt trip you to cancel holidays/plans to get the job done that's past its deadline. - Culture is extremely tick box, favoured hiring staff members that fill the minority gaps. - Say they are diverse but don't make adjustments to help with diversity.
