They can pay well and easy to get in.

Minpunten

They have very simple policy: hire, use and fire. I have seen them layoff more than hire. Layoff frequency every 3-6 months. Layoffs are not because of performance issues, they are merely because leadership could not meet expectations of their investors and to save their face due to cash burn. They are not human-friendly. Join here if you are a robot who does not have emotions at work. You may not survive here even if you are a thick skinned specie. You are required to have to be made of metal. In one word its a Lala company.
