Pluspunten

It started with a good feeling during the interview. From onboarding to induction up to "everyday work" - all in all there is a great atmosphere that lets you settle in really quick. This ist also made very easy for you by the superiors and colleagues. You really have the feeling that you've been working there for a long time - which I is very positive. From day one on there is trust, work on eye level and always communication from CEO and all the others.

Ein Scaleup ist immer eine Wette wenn auch hier mit mittlerweile großer Sicherheit. Der wachsende Erfolg könnte mittelfristig auch zur Übernahme durch ein Großunternehmen wie Microsoft oder AWS führen, was dem einen als besondere Chance erscheint, dem anderen wiederum nicht behagt.
