Some benefits, good team around me and the on-site management are generally good. Unsure about support from head office.

Minpunten

Some people can take the mickey with driving jobs, Speeds the pharmacy company are rubbish and it's too difficult to contact on-call managers and doctors sometimes. Also when the doctors are off on a bank holiday that can make things really tricky.

Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
