The pay is okay, not the worst.

Minpunten

Management team is comprised of awful people who don’t care about staff or patients well being. Patients talked about negatively in the office of the personality disorder ward Staff gang up and bully other staff. Very cliquey Not a good place to work at all.

Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
