Consistent job, always hours for you. Fulfilling to help support people

Minpunten

Low pay for what you do, little support from management. Management would stay if office and not actually get to know the residents. No sick pay even if you’re injured at work which is likely as there are challenging behaviours

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
