The projects in which we work do not have the technical complexity(feels like a college project) Most of the people here don't have the technical understanding required(also seen in senior teams) Lala company mindset...

Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

Minpunten

Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
