Singaporeans are treated like second-class to Indians (this is an Indian company btw) where projects are pitched by Singaporeans and awarded but subsequently channeled to India counterparts and leaving Singapore counterparts with no work hours for time-charging (we need to bill 8 hours a day to justify our performance). Limited career progression, else promoted and do more but not paid more.
