That said, they’re aware of the issues and actively working to address them.
For some sales roles, experience will be necessary to lean on, and/or desire to dive in, test, and learn any way you can.
More resources are becoming available over time for enablement, but it can be chaotic, which is expected with growth and innovation.
If you need perfect structure and everything laid out for you, this is definitely not for you. If you are driven, willing to learn, etc, you can thrive and be welcomed by likeminded people.
IMO, progress is more important than perfection, and things are headed in that direction.
