Minpunten
1. After the initial learning phase, there's nothing good about the work here. It's repetitive, monotonous and boring. No further learning opportunities. 2. There's a lot of petty politics at play, managers don't really look out for the welfare of the employees, but they try to act like it. Favoritism is at its peak. 3. Your opinions or your style of working are absolutely neglected. You have to do what the manager says, period. You will be blamed for things which you will not even know. 4. Pay is either below average or average if you're not your manager's pet. Manager's favorites have better salaries. Talent, capability and contributions don't matter here. HR policies are stupid. 5. Products are not well designed and tend to break very often and are riddled with bugs. 6. During onboarding, we're told it's a flat structure organization. An absolute lie.
