Pluspunten
I don't tend to write these as everyone has a different experience. However, I do find it odd with Glassdoor when reading reviews as there always seems to be a bad review followed by 5 positive ones. Now i know why! Clearly, internal staff members being advised to write good reviews which is quite worrying on their part. I don't like to talk bad of any workplace and i am sure Dr newitt can be a decent place for someone with the right temperament. There are class people who are still there working! It also has a good commission structure however, i would advise any prospective employees to consider all options before moving into this company. Upon joining a new company, I had to start again as the way you are 'trained' is not industry standard!

- Management - poor salary - No career ladder ( just bigger target on your back) -Very Cliquey - make up the rules as they go -Favoritism I failed to take advice when i moved here and it was my first recruitment role! I can't believe the difference when you join a proper recruitment company who have policies and opportunities ....less about fitting into the mold and more about making your own mold! Avoid!!
