Excessive unpaid overtime is expected and normalized. Mandatory onsite every day with no flexibility; no parking provided. Toxic work culture: constant blame-shifting, favoritism, and lack of transparency. No work-life balance, unrealistic deadlines and pressure to sacrifice personal time. Poor leadership - frequent team rearrangements, inconsistent priorities, and no clear long-term vision. No career development: zero training, mentorship, or growth opportunities. High turnover rate – people leave frequently, creating instability and knowledge gaps. Micromanagement combined with lack of proper planning leads to daily chaos. Benefits and compensation do not justify the stress and unpaid work.

Where do I begin? CEO is clueless as a business man. Sure, might be an engineer but has zero clue on GTM strategies and zero clue on sales. They gave me 3 months to build out a territory. Marketing is nonexistent. Don't workk here, run away even if you're desperate for a job.
