Nice coworkers, wish I could say the same for management. Pay is OK. Rest of the company is a legit agency. This office and Rochester are a different story.

The other reviews pretty much sum it up. This is a glorified call center. You won’t learn anything useful about marketing, just how to navigate a super niche sales process. You’ll be forced to meet strict KPIs while given little to no leeway. They’ll preach “culture” but it’s pretty standard as far as agencies go. Mid-level managers undergo pretty much zero training so communication is a mess. Senior management is abusive and stuck in the past. You’ll get belittled on Zoom calls all the time. If you’re not in the inner circle after a few months just start looking somewhere different because there’s no room for growth on this account.
