There is no seniority complex among the management team and each individual is recognized as an important part of the wider company. A lot of time is also invested in personal development. There’s a lot of change in a very short space of time which can be overwhelming and is exacerbated by the pace at which we are growing and evolving in Europe. This is both a pro and a con depending on your perspective. In this environment, some will flourish and some will not but it is definitely a period where you need to buckle up and hold on tightly because we’re going places very fast!!
