I don't think there is any up side of working here. Nothing to appreciate. Every aspect of the company is very BAD.

*Work culture is REALY bad. *No appreciation and motivation to the employees.They are being treated as labourers with no respect. *Higher management think very highly of themselves and have no respect for the people working under them. *Higher management lacks leadership, vision and most importantly basic management skills. *The processes are stupid and slow (HR and Finance). No authority given to people working in India. *They just want dumb people who will follow what they ask for and not have brains of their own. *Higher people in the team are DESPERATE and hog all the work and CREDIT. *Team coordination, basic communication, facilities , compensation , raise, work environment , work culture and the attitude towards employees ; everything is DISGUSTING at so many LEVELS! *People working in the company are being told to write good reviews. **This is the level **. These people have a long way to go! Or else they are not to survive at-least in India. *My advice to people thinking to join this company : DO NOT JOIN!! YOU WILL SUFFER AND WILL HAVE NO GROWTH.

We appreciate your feedback; DDN strives to provide a work environment that is both fulfilling and challenging for our employees. Communication is a key part of this as well as a key part of our continued success. We encourage all our colleagues to try to work through the concerns objectively through timely input, which is not only through Glassdoor, but other internal avenues such as DDN HR and DDN management. Just a few colleagues. If you don't like your manager, you just wait a few months and you'll have a new one (probably worse than the previous).

Chaotic environment. Toxic culture. They'll add you to an on-call rotation. If you don't agree, say good bye to any raises and expect to be fired. 60 hours week are normal. You'll work weekends. One of the values of the company is 24x7 (so don't believe HR here when they say they don't expect you overwork because it is actually one of their values). If you don't, expect no raises, no options and you'll be fired quickly. Pay is below average. They implemented a stock option plan that is so absolutely ridiculous that everybody minimally competent should quickly leave. Benefits are below average. Culture is toxic and it starts at the very top. Whenever they replace leadership (often) they just look for small dumb dictators that believe engineers are just resources. They don't ever have a clear idea of what to do with the product and shoot in all directions, because they are clueless. They are all fired after a few months and replaced with a new bunch of mediocre dumb dictators. No career progression. Pure chaos. Pure marketing.
