I worked at Fraser so expect: 1) Not finding parking (they have higher management parking (6 spaces) and 4 spaces dedicated to any Deciem employee with street parking). If you arrive around 8-8:15 you have 4/24 chances of getting a spot. Plus, I was told those 4 dedicated spots might be changed for guests only...fml 2) The amount of fakeness in this company and people literally have no idea of wdf they're talking about..just all fillers to make it sound good but no quality and substance. During presentations, people would be like "i loveee youuuu or GREAT Presentation!!!" geez...it's just a powerpoint ffs. 3) The upper management is just there to combat against attacks of ELC...but hey ELC already bought you so just lay back and let the real company with REAL science. 4) Talk to the CSO and you'll know how devoid of science he is. His background is only a diploma in chemistry. He's just lucky that Brandon included him in his will. Ask any top leaders of the cosmetic space (L'Oreal/Mary Kay/ELC) and ask what they think of him..he's a fraud
