Extremely poor management — decisions are driven by internal politics and personal grudges, not merit. Lack of transparency and professionalism across leadership levels. Biased and unfair treatment of employees; no equal opportunities for growth. No support for employees on probation — even after completing a year, contracts can be terminated suddenly with no valid reason. A culture of fear and favoritism rather than collaboration and growth.
