Awesome place to learn and grow. Big accounts, amazing brands and great projects. The people there are extremely kind and very knowledgeable. After working here for a few years, you'll have a great portfolio with big names and big projects.

Minpunten

There is a huge amount of pressure on Project Managers specifically. its really up to the employee to protect yourself from being over-worked or even burnout. It is common to see young people under great amounts of stress here.

Lots of individuals that make up many teams from design, copy, motion, production artists, and even full-time strategists.

I left right before a big merge, so I can't speak to how it is after the merge. This review may be outdated.

Good clients, smart people, and a lot of hands-on experience. You get exposure to real client work and can take ownership pretty quickly.

Minpunten

Workload can get heavy and processes are not always clear, which can make things feel more stressful than they need to be.
