Pluspunten
Worked for DEX over 25 years. The entire time was filled will exciting and challenging work. CEO has the vision to retool as needed based on current market trends to keep the company running. Company relies heavily on IT to improve and track productivity. Management team is great by providing clear direction, listens and cares for their employees.
Minpunten
Can be demanding at times.
Pluspunten
Sales people are nice but they are so tired of management (check in 1 year and half of them won’t be there anymore).
Minpunten
I don't even know where to start. I was at the Camarillo training offices for a month, then I was going to be working in Dublin, but obviously that never happened. The training is non-existent. To give you an idea, the person in charge of the training staff has no idea about the time differences between the different countries they make you call. Because I speak Spanish, they made me call companies in Spain at 2 a.m. from my hotel, and then I had to get up at 5 a.m. to go to the office. Every day is the same: pointless meetings, unmotivated people, a totally outdated system, and above all, leads that are worthless. They make you call more than 200 companies to meet their daily call requirements, but even with 200 calls, you can't get through to the companies because the leads are outdated and the phone numbers don't exist or the people no longer work there. And above all, the treatment of employees is DEPLORABLE. From one day to the next, they wanted to send me to Europe with less than 8 hours' notice and terminate my contract. Luckily, if you stand up to them, they back down. They are a bunch of old people who have no idea how to do their job, how to adapt to the present, or how to lead a team that is motivated and happy with their work. Not even the longest-serving employees recommend working there. No one is happy, and it's all management's fault! The CEO is a man who occasionally strolls through the offices and has no idea that more than $15,000 a month is being spent on talented people who are then fired because management has no idea how to support them. Any effort you make is in vain, and if you read the reviews, they've been doing the same thing for over 10 years! You won't be the first or the last, it's a shame I didn't read the reviews before, At least I got a month of paid vacation in California, thanks DEX!!
