Excellent long-term coworkers, supportive atmosphere. Office with a door and a window that opens.

Minpunten

Desperately need to diversify their client base. Way too much micromanagement and overly reactive to client whims. Very poor management judgement sometimes. They had a recent layoff (low oil prices killed the market) and one of those laid-off (not I) was a single parent with a child with ongoing medical needs. They should have been sued, but they're just under 50 employees, so they're going to get away with it.
