shift ends at a certain time, you don't need to keep going. can be nice to work in nice weather, job gets easier the more you do a route.

Minpunten

too stressful, sometimes you get no help at all. management says they will train you, but really after they think you're "ready", you'll be thrown on a route that you don't know with barely any training and struggle to finish.
