Pluspunten
* if you're lazy it doesn't matter, you'll never get fired (I see it rather as cons, though) * close to OC Chodov * nice benefits (MultiSport, Sodexo, language courses etc.) * a lot of internal positions * easy to get an entry level job
Minpunten
* you'll watch every day "wanna be managers" showing off around and bragging how busy they are with their meetings, when in reality doing nothing (example, it's totally normal thing to ignore people's emails even if there's a question directed to you) * lethargy, many people non-motivated and utterly lazy doing absolutely nothing * salaries are very miserable, especially if you speak some language that's more wanted on the market (German or Swedish, let's say) * useless processes and rituals that don't make sense at all (example, there was a global event of a special ritual "GAMBA walk", what's basically an event when a manager comes and sits next to employee and watches what she/he does and tries to understand problems that people are facing. shouldn't that every normal manager do?!) * everything is extremely slow and bureaucratic, it takes months for a project just to start * rigid security rules - example you cannot install even proofing tools on your PC, you have to raise a ticket and wait 2 days for installation that lasts 5 seconds * huge open-space with too many people on phone surrounded by gray walls and curtains * inconsistency of management's promises * gotta be a follower, no space for critical thinking, creativity nor thinking out of the box
