Management totally blinded by the people who suck up to them but can never do a proper job, letting someone sweet talk his way, complaining about salary openly and eyeing on position way above his capability

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Minpunten

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Minpunten

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
