DHL Express has a amazing culture of "Respect and Results" driven strongly by the Global Management team through the specially designed, unique and industry leading "CIS" training programs

Minpunten

Not many negatives to say here ... but if had to note something it would be - Very long hours, and multi-multi-layers of lower and middle management encourage an awful lot of bureaucracy .. Top heavy and they all love a good spreadsheet and powerpoint ! but that being said, it's Top heavy with very good people ..

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Minpunten

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Minpunten

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
