Really turned negative when the new director came in. Most performance is based on your territory. Emotional and reactive management. Job is geared to develop you into a field sales role yet almost none of the leadership have had that role. If you want to throw a pie at your manager and dress up in funny costumes at the expense of professional development/opportunity and most importantly compensation, this is your place.

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Minpunten

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Minpunten

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
