The benefits are only good if you want to avoid paying a penalty for not having any health insurance per the recent law changes. Otherwise they don't cover much and you'll end up paying about the same as a down payment on a car before they start to cover anything. Comprehensive ? More like reprehensible. As for your other coworkers, most are will to talk behind each others backs and make things up if it means getting to be off the phones long enough for a chance to possibly be made Team Lead or Coach. So if you have to work here, avoid the chatter. As for QA they tend to give pass/fails as they please depending on who they are friends with and who they dislike. Hmm what else ? Keep your head down, don't be friendly, just do your work and don't stop applying for other work EVER!
