The work is challenging but not overbearing, managers are vested in you moving up in the company and this is formally registered with HR. Company is growing and has a great outlook on sustainability. It's a pretty good starting salary too.

The best way to be recognized is to build relationships, this can be good or bad depending on who you are, it is also based on your work which isn't bad. Trying to change or adopting change can be slow, but it's a pretty big company.
