It’s certainly true that DLL is very committed to providing our customers with excellent service, but I’m sorry to hear that it seems to have negatively affected your experience as a member. One of DLL’s goals is to provide an unparalleled level of service to our partners, but another, equally important, goal is to take care of our employees. Regarding your comment about some members being out of touch with the rest of the group – we agree! In fact, one of our primary areas of focus is to provide all of our members with the skills (both hard and soft) that they need to thrive in the DLL of today – and the future. We’re also revamping our member survey philosophy in the hopes of giving every person who works with us the chance to let us know how we can keep improving.
