Minpunten

Not the best benefits on the market, Not the most diverse in terms of gender balance, and the traditional career ladder is restricted because of the size of the London organisation.

The people at DNB are great and it’s easy to tell that they put a lot of time and effort into their internship program. I thoroughly enjoyed the summer, and was able to form a lot of great relationships. Office is beautiful, culture is excellent, and the compensation was pretty competitive (in my opinion). Overall, seems like a great place to work with solid opportunities for skill set growth and development. They also treat you very well as an intern - there are some pretty cool perks.
